Broken pacemaker wire
This patient's pacemaker was not functioning correctly due to a fracture of one of the wires (arrowhead).
Other findings
- Obviously massive heart - despite AP sitting view
- Enlarged upper zone blood vessels due to pulmonary venous hypertension
