Is this dextrocardia?

This looks similar to the previous x-ray of dextrocardia. The radiographer, however, had simply flipped the digital image and labelled it incorrectly. A labelling error like this is much more common than dextrocardia.

If you ever think you have come across a labelling error, make sure you inform the x-ray department.

To diagnose dextrocardia - EXAMINE THE PATIENT!
