How is the abnormality of the right lung best described?

The upper lobe is collapsed (raised horizontal fissure). There is air bronchogram within the right upper zone indicating consolidation. The other lobes of the right lung are hyperexpanded to compensate for volume loss, but his is not the primary abnormality.

The patient also has consolidation of a large portion of the left lung.
